When our employees go back to their teams we all have busy schedules but leader cast gives us a great opportunity to pause and focus on ourselves. Over the years we’ve had a private host site on our main campus and we also leverage the remote viewing feature to allow our associates all across the United States to view the broadcast. This flexibility has allowed us to offer development opportunities to a much larger audience than we typically can.”
