The Midland is located in the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City. For detailed directions, visit the Midland’s direction page.
There are several convenient parking areas near The Midland Theatre. A map of parking lots near the venue can be found here. (The KC Streetcar also has two stops very close to the venue. Visit KCStreetcar.org for more details on streetcar routes.)
Lunch is not provided at the Midland Theatre. The lunch break will be long enough for attendees to visit a local restaurant and return for the second part of the conference.

You may bring a bag with laptops, notepads, etc. Please note: if you carry a bag into the theater, the security team will ask you to open it for inspection prior to entering the event, so please allow appropriate time. Feel free to bring water bottles (not glass).
The doors will open at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. We recommend arriving early at the Power & Light District to allow plenty of time for parking, walking to the Midland, processing entry, and finding your seat.
