01Months ahead
Pick your date and price
Host when it works for your community. There’s no single broadcast day to plan around. Charge admission, bring in sponsors, or offer it free to your team; many hosts use sponsorships to bring in students and nonprofit leaders at no cost.
02Weeks ahead
Tell them it’s recorded
Speakers appear on screen, recorded at the Leadercast Conference in Kansas City. Let attendees know ahead of time so they come expecting a big screen, not a stage.
03The morning of
Set the room
A computer and an internet connection are all you need to play the sessions. Your venue, screens, projectors and sound are up to you.
04All day
About six hours, in sessions
Every speaker comes as a separate session, so you can run the full day, split it across two days for the same audience, or change the order to fit your schedule.
05Between sessions
Make it yours
Breakfast and lunch, table discussions after each session, a local panel or a live speaker. The Facilitator Guide and Participant Journal come with it.
06After the event
Keep it going
Keep learning with Leadercast 365: 1,400+ on-demand videos, including full sessions from past events, lunch-and-learns, meeting starters and behind-the-scenes interviews. A team plan gives everyone a year of it, with hosting included.

Leadercast attendees, including everyone at your host site, can earn professional development and continuing education credits while participating in the event. Credits are approved for each event, and details for 2027 will be shared as they’re confirmed.

Per-person cost is at full capacity. The 25-person package is the minimum. Over 500? Let’s talk. Nonprofit or community group? Talk with us. Break-even is the number of $149 tickets that covers the package, for hosts who sell admission. Local venue, food, staffing, marketing, and other event expenses are separate.

Who is hosting for?

Are the speakers there in person?
No. Speakers appear on screen, recorded at the Leadercast Conference in Kansas City. Many hosts add something live, like a local panel, a guest speaker, or table discussions between sessions.
What are the technical requirements?
A computer and an internet connection are all you need to play the sessions. Your venue setup is up to you, including projectors, multiple screens, and sound.
