Attendance Terms & Conditions

NOTE: There is an additional $11.50 fee per ticket for processing. There are no refunds or credits on account if you are unable to attend this event. Tickets are completely transferable, however, in the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a third party. Upon checkout, all Leadercast attendees will be required to create an online account with AXS. This will allow you to access your tickets, make changes/transfers and contact customer service.

Terms & Conditions
NOTICE: Each attendee must have either a printed event ticket or a digital ticket on the day of the conference in order to be admitted. If attendee fails to produce either the event or digital ticket then admittance will not be honored to the event. Tickets will ONLY be digital or available at PromoWest Pavilion at OVATION box office / will call.

FEE INCLUDES: admittance to the conference and one lunch ticket. By attendance each attendee grants permission to be audiotaped, video-taped, and/or photographed by any means and grants your full likeness, voice, and/or words to be used by Leadercast.

ATTIRE: Business casual is appropriate. Masks will be required in accordance with State rules and guidelines.

TAPING: No audiotaping or videotaping of the sessions is allowed.

NEWSLETTERS: Registrants will begin receiving exclusive content, offers, and product information from Leadercast via our e-newsletters. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of each email. We will not share your email address with anyone.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED: Leadercast reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or times due to circumstances beyond our control. Entry pass is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused at the sole discretion of Leadercast.

LIABILITY: Each attendee assumes all risks incidental to the event/conference and Leadercast shall not be liable for bodily injury, property damage, theft or losses suffered or incurred by the attendee while attending the event/conference. Attendee understands and agrees that by choosing to be present at the event, that attendees might be exposed to COVID-19 or other viruses, bacteria and infections. Attendee understands that despite all efforts on the part of Leadercast and the venue, attendees can still contract COVID-19 or other infections. To reduce those risks, attendee agrees to comply with all Leadercast and venue rules, regulations, guidelines and policies, as well as local, state and federal guidelines which may change from time to time in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CANCELLATIONS: There are no refunds or credits on account if you are unable to attend this event. Tickets are completely transferable, however in the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a third party. Notification to Leadercast of ticket transfer is not necessary. If invoiced, full payment is due within 30 days. If no payment is received within 30 days a new invoice will be issued at the current full pricing. All deposits are non-refundable.
