Al Weiss is a former Disney executive who began his 39-year career with the company as a teenager in 1972, was president of the Walt Disney World Resort from 1994 to 2005 and then president of worldwide operations for Disney's parks and resorts until retiring in 2011. He joined the board of Alticor, Amway's parent company, in 2012.
