Amy O'Dell is the founder and CEO of The Jacob's Ladder Group, which grew from the school she started in Roswell, Georgia, for children with neurodevelopmental challenges. She began it after her youngest son, Jacob, was diagnosed with pervasive developmental delay, drawing on her degrees in activity therapy and counseling from Clemson University.
