Linda Kaplan Thaler is an advertising executive who founded the Kaplan Thaler Group in 1997, the agency behind the Aflac duck, and later chaired Publicis New York until 2016. Her books include The Power of Nice, The Power of Small and Grit to Great, and she was inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Fame in 2015.
