Thank you for partnering with Leadercast. Leadercast understands there are numerous questions when it comes to organizing and hosting an event. Outlined below are some frequently asked questions that will help deliver a successful event.

Getting Started

To help you get started in planning a successful Leadercast event, here are a few next steps.

Check out the Marketing Portal resources and other tools to make your event a success can be found here. Collateral includes speaker headshots, bios, editable flyers, promotional videos, a sponsorship prospectus, as well as various banners, logos/backgrounds so you can create your own website or use to publicize your event! You can create customized marketing collateral with the resources provided.  Get creative with it!  We love seeing what our host sites come up with.

Please note that Leadercast asks you to send those created materials to clientsuccess@leadercast.com for approval to ensure its aligned with our brand.

Feel free to use the already created documents from our marketing team to promote your event. Many of the resources are editable to allow you to enter in your specific Presenting Partner site information. Simply download the document, save it to your desktop and once opened, you can enter your information in the editable areas.

Please note we do not need to be sent these pieces for approval.

Request your Site Name – a customized Leadercast logo is available upon request. The Leadercast team will approve your site’s name and provide you with a custom logo that includes the approved name.

Outline your Timeline Checklist – create a snapshot of a potential timeline for planning your event. Review your check list and decide what elements could be part of your next Leadercast event. Please remember every event is unique, and elements that apply to one event may not be applicable for the next event. Leadercast provides a sample of a timeline in the event planning guide. Marketing can be a tricky business, so keep in mind that you will want to draw up a plan specific to reaching your target audience to drive ticket sales. Look for the FAQ document which outlines many great suggestions for putting on a successful event.

Access Leadercast 365 to view the Event – review of the platform was completed during the onboarding process and access to the content can be found by logging into the platform. Events will be updated to the platform on premiere dates. The delivery is in a video file format.

Review Event Content as soon as Possible – leaders should watch the content and become familiar with the event and speakers.  Leadercast creates a facilitation guide that offers main points, speaker highlights and discussion questions for you to use during your event.

HOW CAN Sponsors be highlighted during an EVENT? 

There are many ways to allow sponsors to be a part of your event. Some suggestions:

  • Promote them in your event journal.
  • Allow meetups during the breaks or post-event.
  • Create an area for sponsor booths.
  • Give your sponsors a voice from stage. Be it live or recorded and let them promote your community event.
  • Include Sponsor swag to the gift bags for your attendees.
