HOW DO I USE THE MARKETING MATERIALS?
We have provided several pieces of marketing collateral to help you drive ticket sales. There are editable flyers, promotional videos, a sponsorship prospectus, as well as various logos/backgrounds so you can create your own website!
Any Examples or Ideas?
Marketing can be a tricky business, so keep in mind that you will want to draw up a plan specific to reaching your target audience to drive ticket sales.
You can create your own marketing materials we have provided from the resources page. We have various pieces that you can put together to form your own collateral. Get creative with it! We love seeing what our host sites come up with. Please note that we do ask you to send those created materials to clientsuccess@leadercast.com for approval to ensure it’s aligned with our brand.
If you intend to make your own materials and don’t have a graphic designer on staff, you may want to consider contracting one.
You also have the option to use the already created documents from our marketing team. These are editable and all you have to do is enter in your host site information. You simply download the document, save it to your desktop and once opened, you can put in your information. Please note we do not need to be sent these pieces for approval.
You can always contact the Client Success team for further help and/or questions: clientsuccess@leadercast.com
HOW CAN I BEST USE MY SPONSORS IN A VIRTUAL EVENT?
During your event, we suggest having a virtual meet-up during the breaks or post-event. This would be the ideal time to let your sponsors have a voice. They can record a video you can play for your attendees, or they can use that platform to say a few words. You can also collect “virtual” swag to add to the bags for your attendees.
